Every plan includes Ava, your AI receptionist. Her first 30 phone minutes are free (60 when you switch from another system), Pro includes 100 minutes a month and Business 300. After that, calls are 15¢ a minute and texts 2¢ each, billed monthly, plus the phone companies' texting fees ($25 once, then $12 a month) if you turn texting on. Website chat with the AI receptionist is always included. You can set a monthly limit. Card processing (Belgravia Pay, powered by Stripe) is billed by Stripe at their standard rate. Frequently asked
Can I keep my booking system?
Yes. On the Receptionist plans Ava doesn't book: she answers questions, takes messages, transfers calls and texts callers your own booking link (Zenoti, Vagaro, Square, Mindbody or any other). Want Ava to book for you? Move up to a booking plan any time.
What happens when the minutes run out?
You get a text and an email at 80% and at 100%. Then packs of 100 more minutes ($15 each) are added automatically, up to the monthly maximum you choose (3 unless you change it), or turn automatic packs off. When the included minutes and packs are used up, Ava stops answering until the 1st and calls go straight to your phone. There's never a per-minute overage on the Receptionist plans.
Can callers reach a real person?
Yes. Callers can ask for a person or press 0. They hear ringing while Ava calls your front desk and tells them who's calling and why. If nobody answers in about 25 seconds, Ava comes back and takes a message.
Does Ava say she's an AI?
Yes, in her first sentence: "Hi, this is Ava, the AI assistant for (your business)." Calls are transcribed, and she says so. If asked, she always admits she's an AI.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. No contract and no setup fee. Cancel in Settings and everything works to the end of the month you paid for. (A free data move into full booking has a 12-month minimum, shown before anything is moved.)
What does Ava know about my business?
What you teach her: services, prices, hours, policies and common questions. She can also read your website and suggest facts, and each one waits for your OK before she uses it.
