How does the AI concierge work?
It answers your business phone and text line, and the chat on your booking page. It uses your real prices and open times, books the job, and texts the customer a link to put a card on file. If it can't help, it takes a message and texts you.
Do my cleaners need an app?
No. Each cleaner gets a private job page by text with "On my way" and "Job done" buttons, and can also just text OMW, DONE or TODAY.
Do I need a website?
No. You get your own booking link to share anywhere: Google Business Profile, Facebook, Instagram or a text message. If you do have a website, we add a "Book now" button for you.
How do I get paid?
With Belgravia Pay, powered by Stripe. Money goes straight to your bank account. Customers save a card when they book, and it is charged when the job is marked done. You can also record cash or check payments.
Can customers change their own bookings?
Yes. They can reply to any text, use the link in their confirmation, or call. Changes are allowed up to the cutoff you choose (24 hours by default).
Can I use my own website address?
Yes. On every plan you can put the booking form on your own website. On Pro and Business, your booking page can also live at your own address, like book.yourcompany.com. See how it works.
Who can log in to my dashboard?
Only the people you give a login to. Your customers never need an account, and cleaners use a private link.
Is there a contract or setup fee?
No setup fee, and you can cancel anytime. One exception: if we move your data in from another system for free, there's a 12-month minimum. Cancel within 12 months (after your free trial) and a migration fee of $299, minus $25 for each month you stayed, applies. You see and accept this before anything is moved.
Do you work with businesses other than cleaning?
