Good to know
Will I lose my data when I switch?
No. Nothing in ERS changes. We copy your customers, orders, payments and rentals, and check the totals against ERS's own reports, to the penny. Gift cards, rain checks and signed contracts aren't copied automatically: download them from ERS, then add gift cards and credits from a file (Grow › Offers & gift cards) and keep your contract files.
Can I keep my domain?
Yes. Your domain stays yours. Point it to Belgravia when you're ready, and your old ERS web addresses send visitors to the matching new pages, so you keep your Google rankings.
Can I go back?
Yes. Run both side by side for up to 60 days, and switch back any time with "Switch back to my old system". Download all your data whenever you like, free.
Does the AI receptionist cost extra?
No. Ava, the AI receptionist, is in every plan, with website chat included. Your first 30 phone minutes are free (60 when you switch from ERS); Pro includes 100 minutes a month and Business 300. After that, calls are 15¢ a minute, and you can set a monthly limit so there are no surprises.
Do my drivers need an app?
No. Each driver gets their own link (add it to the home screen and it opens like an app) with their drop-offs and pickups, what to bring, what to collect, directions, and buttons for On my way, Delivered and Picked up.
Do I have to apply for texting again?
Yes, once. Texting approval belongs to the company that sends the texts, so it doesn't move over from ERS's add-on. In Belgravia it's a 3-question form, and we write your texting terms for you. Start it on day one: approval takes 1 to 14 days, and until then confirmations go out by email.
Is there a contract?
Cancel anytime. The only exception: if we move your data in for free, you agree to stay 12 months. Leave sooner and a move fee applies: $299, minus $25 for each full month you stayed, so $0 after 12 months. No fee during the free trial.
